| 翼状胬肉切除术后干眼病误诊为病毒性角膜炎临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨翼状胬肉切除术后易发生干眼病的发病机理,避免误诊为病毒性角膜炎。方法:对26例(38只眼)患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:26例(38只眼)患者均为胬肉切除术后发生干眼病而被误诊为病毒性角膜炎,经停用抗病毒治疗,按干眼病治疗获得痊愈。结论:临床医生要充分掌握干眼病的发病机理及与病毒性角膜炎的鉴别诊断,避免误诊延缓治疗。 |
