大学生对优秀教师评价的调查研究

本研究在开放式与封闭式相结合的调查基础上,对大学生心中的优秀教师标准有了一个初步的了解。在开放式调查的基础上发现,大学生对优秀教师的评价标准基本上可以概括为有能力、有责任心、人格魅力、自身基本素质和创新精神这五大维度。最终调查结果表明:学生最注重教师的能力,性别不同和独生子女与否对于评价的标准均存在统计学意义上的差异。

An Investigation on the Evaluation of College Students towards Outstanding Teachers

Based on the combined investigations both open and closed,we had a preliminary understanding on the standards of outstanding teachers in universities in the students' opinion.From the basis of open survey,we find that the standards to the outstanding teachers from college students can be summed up five dimensions as:ability,responsibility,personal charm,their basic quality and innovation.The final survey results find that:most students focus on the ability of teachers.Gender differences and whether one-chil...
