| 摘 要： | 用Ｗａｓｈｂｕｒｎ动态法测量了水和表面活性剂水溶液对蔗渣的接触角，比较它们对蔗渣的润湿性能，并进行了小榨机压榨模拟试验。结果表明，与纯水相比较，表面活性剂水溶液对蔗渣的接触角较小，润湿性能较好，同时，蔗汁的转光度升高，而蔗渣的转光度降低了。

| Abstract: | The contact angles of water and surfactant solutions on bagasse are measured byWashburn method and a comparison of their wetting properties for bagassc is made. On this basis, thesimulated test of small-sized squeezer is made. The results showed out that the contact angles ofsurfactant solutions on bagasse are smaller than the water on bagasse. And the optical rotation of canesugar juice is raised and that of bagasse reduced. |
