细鳞片膨胀石墨的制备研究

摘    要:作者报道了用细鳞片(100-160目)石墨,采用化学方法,制备出了膨胀倍数为180-200,含灰量为0.213%-0.233%,挥发分为4.97%-6.25%的优质膨胀石墨。作者根据实验结果分析认为;在采用化学方法制备细鳞片膨胀石墨的过程中,酸化液的配比,可膨胀石墨的pH值,石墨粒度和膨胀温度等工艺条件,对产品的膨胀率、含灰量和含硫量等主要技术指标均有明显的影响。

Abstract:The authors give a report on the research achievement on the quality index influential factor for the expanded graphite from fine bud scale; the following conclusion is made from this research: in the process of preparing for the expanded graphite from fine bud scale in a chemical way, the percentage of acid, the pH value of the expanded graphite, the size of the graphite particles, and the temperature of the expansion will have an obvious impact on some main technical index as coefficient of expansion, carbon content, and sulfur content.
