煤巷锚杆支护质量的应力波检测技术

摘    要:针对常规锚杆支护质量检测方法多为有损检测的情况,提出一种基于应力波的无损检测技术。根据声学理论,建立锚固检测理论模型,并设计了检测系统。分析表明,该技术应用波的振动耦合传输特性和声学特性来反演锚固体的质量状况,可用于检测锚固单元间岩体的稳定性及锚固体系的完整性。该研究可为煤巷整体状况的预测提供技术支持。

Abstract:Aimed at seeking an alternative to conventional damage detection-based methods used to detect bolt support quality, this paper introduces the stress wave-based nondestructive detection technique and describes development of anchoring detecting theory model and design of detection system, based on acoustical theory. The analysis shows that the technique, developed according to the wave vibration transfers characteristic and acoustic characteristics for anchorage quality analysis can find use in detecting the stability of rock mass between anchor cell and the integrity of anchorage system. The present study provides technical support for security forecast of coal tunnel.
