扫描电镜技术在爵床亚科植物生药学与分类学鉴定中的意义

摘    要:对板蓝、假杜鹃、可爱花、小驳骨和白花穿心莲5种新鲜爵床亚科植物的叶片进行扫描电镜观察.结果表明:5种爵床亚科植物有共同特征,其下表皮均具有腺鳞和钟乳体,小驳骨的上表皮纹饰和气孔特征与其余4种明显不同.5种植物叶表皮微形态特征的差异,可为爵床亚科植物生药学和分类学鉴定提供新的依据,驳骨草属植物与其他4属植物的亲缘关系可能较远.

Abstract:To study the micro-morphological characteristics of the leaf epidermis of five species of Ruellioideae(Acanthaceae),Baphicacanthus cusia,Barleria cristata,Eranthemum pulchellum,Gendarussa vulgaris,Andrographis laxiflora of Ruellioideae(Acanthaceae),the leaf epidermis were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed some characteristics are same among five species such as cystoliths and glandular scale in lower epidermis,but G.vulgaris are distinctly different with other four species in ...
