| 摘 要： | 中小学体育课程的改革 ,应是以人为本的教育 ,体育课程改革的目的是对中小学生实施素质教育、健康教育和培养学生终身体育的思想 ,要达到这些目的 ,就必须对中小学体育课程进行改革 ,要建立一套适应我国国情和素质教育发展要求的体育课程体系。
