| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析悬浮预热器的传热机理,讨论了颗粒的加速过程和换热时间对分散和换热的影响,论述了分散不良引起的“准短路”对分散、换热及能量损失的影响,并指出可以通过温熵图计算不可逆损失。

| Abstract: | By means of analysis of heat transfer mechanism in the suspension precheater, this peper discusses the effect of the acceleration process and time of heat exchange of the particle on dispersion and heat exchange of the particle, expounds the effect of "quasi-short-circuit" caused by maldispersion on dispersion, heat exchange and energy loss, indicates that the unreversible energy loss can be calculated through temperature -entropy figure |
