摘    要:锅炉炉膛火焰的图像由CCD摄像机、传像光纤和图像采集卡采入计算机,经预处理后,由计算机中的BP神经网络控制器对这些图像数据进行在线训练,获得温度与图像灰度值之间的关系,然后通过训练过的神经网络就可预估温度,从而进行锅炉炉膛火焰温度的预测和报警。

Abstract:The image of the flame of the boiler chamber is inputted into computer by CCD camera, image transmission optical fibre and image collection card and after it is pre - processed, the BP nerve network controller of computer gives on - line training to these image data and then the relation between temperature and image gradation value. The nerve network having been trained may predict temperature so that the flame temperature of the boiler chamber can be predicted and pre - warned.
