| 摘 要： | 分析了城镇化进程中的战略目标，对建设城镇的几个关键问题和城镇化实施问题进行了探讨，指出要全面建设小康社会，必须对大城市进行体制改革，协调中小城市比重，以经济发展为中心，注重各种功能区域建设。

| Abstract: | In recent twenty years, urbanization is about to work up to a climax i n our country. This paper discusses how to determine the strategic goal in the p rocess of coordinated development of large, medium and towns characterized by Ch ina, probes into several key problems of cities and towns constructing and urban ization practicing. It is of great signification to overall construction of rich and comfortable society. |
