旧水泥混凝土路面加铺钢纤维混凝土的设计与施工

针对旧水泥混凝土路面尤其是受标高和使用限制的特殊路段路面损坏后 ,如何进行改造的问题 ,以 10 4国道明光收费站站区加铺钢纤维水泥混凝土工程为例 ,结合工程实践 ,介绍了钢纤维水泥混凝土较普通水泥混凝土具有使用寿命长、养护费用低和减薄结构厚度等优点的路面结构 ,采用直接加铺的办法对原收费站站区旧混凝土路面进行改造的设计方法及施工工艺。

The design and construction of paving steel fiber reinforced concrete on the old cement concrete road

This paper investigates the reforming of the old cement concrete road in damage,particularly the special sections which are limited by elevation and usage.The old cement concrete road reform of Mingguang Highway Fee Collection Station on State Highway No.104 is taken as an expample. In comparison with the ordinary cement concrete pavement,the steel fiber reinforced concrete has longer service life,fewer repairing fees and smaller structure thickness.The method of overlaying directly is adopted for the reforming,and the design method and construction technology are described.
