摘    要:以5片T梁模型破坏试验为基础,研究了碳纤维布粘贴层数、方式和不卸载加固对钢筋混凝土T梁抗剪极限承载力的影响。采用混凝土块单元、接触分析及单元"死活"等分析方法,应用非线性有限元对试验梁进行了全过程分析,给出了一种碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的数值研究方法。基于桁架理论,引用有效粘贴长度的概念,以粘贴层所能承受的极限抗力为计算控制参数,提出了粘贴碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土T梁的极限承载力计算方法。试验与数值对比分析表明该方法合理有效,可作为桥梁加固的设计计算依据。

Abstract:Based on five RC T-section beams' destroyed model experiment, the influencing factors of the ultimate bear capacity, such as the plies number and paste formats of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, were analyzed. With nonlinear finite element method, the destroyed procedure of tested beams was simulated to give a new numerical method for calculating the ultimate shear capacity. In this method, the ultimate anti-force of the paste layers of carbon fiber rienforced plastic is taken as controlling parameters. The computing value was compared to the experiments data. The results show that this method is rational and effective, it can provide a basis for bridge strengthening practice.
