| 摘 要： | 循环经济是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会和实现可持续发展的重要途径.在我国目前十分严峻的生态环境形势下,应树立节约资源、尊重自然、促进人与自然和谐的基本理念,改变传统的农业经济增长模式,大力发展循环经济,走绿色农业的发展道路,这是新农村建设中农业可持续的必然选择.

| Abstract: | Circulate economy is indeed an important approach to resources-conserving and environmentfriendly society as well as sustainable development. Under the critical circumstances of worsening ecological environment in our country, some fundamental conceptions should be established such as conserving resources, respecting nature, and enhancing harmony between man and nature. Hence, the reform in the traditional pattern of economic growth, the development of circular economy and green agriculture are truly inevitable choices in socialist rural reconstruction. |
