| 摘 要： | 素质教育理论是针对我国基础教育存在的片面追求升学率的“应试教育”提出的，但是，高校教育也应该承担素质教育的责任，文章则根据我国现在的状况，从这一点阐述素质教育在高校中应重视的原因。

| Abstract: | Quality education theory is put forward to change ＂examination-oriented education＂ which pursuits one-sided admission rate in Chinese basic education. However, higher education is also responsible for the quality-oriented education. This paper expounds that universities should attach importance to the quality-oriented education according to current situation in our country. |
