氟哌酸极谱行为的研究

摘    要:研究了氟哌酸在多种缓冲液中的极谱行为,发现在pH7的KH_2PO_4—Na_2HPO_4缓冲液中于-1.4V(相对于SCE)左右获得示波极谱的常规波和导数波,其波峰清晰、波形稳定且易于测量。在一定浓度范围内,峰高与浓度之间呈线性关系,对二次导数波线性下限达1×10~(-8)mol/L,通过研究电毛细曲线及温度、扫描速度、表面活性剂、汞压对波高的影响证明此波具有吸附性,循环伏安图和直流极谱对数分析结果表明电极反应是不可逆的,讨论了还原机理。

Abstract:The polarographic behavior of norfloxacin in various buffers is studied. It is found that the normal and derivative single-sweep oscillopolarographic wave (peak) at about -1.4 volt (vs. SEC) is obtained excellently when KH_2HPO_4-Na_2HPO_4 buffer solution of pH 7 is used. The peak is visible. Its shape is steady and easily measurable. The relationship between peak current and concentration is linear for a certain concentration range. For 2nd derivative wave the linear relationship exists down to 10~(-8) mol/L. According to the studies on the electrocapillary curve and the effect of temperature, scan rate, surfatant and mercury pressure on the wave height,it is concluded that this wave has adsorption characteristics. The results of cyclic voltammogram and logarithmic analysis from d. c. polarogram indicate that the electrode reaction is irreversible. The mechanism of reduction is also discussed.
