对地方高校教师评价体系构建的若干思考

目前高校教师评价中存在评价导向错位、形式主义泛滥、内容固定单一、主体片面等诸多问题,针对这些问题,在地方高校教师评价体系指标设计上应结合地方高校办学定位,明确评价原则,规范评价内容,确定多元评价主体,把握好发展性评价和奖惩性评价的关系,并对评价结果充分运用。同时,对教师评价中具体评价标准设计、配套管理制度设计以及动态评价构建等问题进行探讨也是必要的。
