英语分层次教学的实践探索

摘    要:五年制高职学生在英语学习上积极性不高。“一刀切”的教学模式导致师生都很为难,因而英语教学改革刻不容缓。以技能竞赛为导向重构教学内容,在分析学生学情与教学后,分别从教学模式构建、学生分层、教学内容及方法分层、教学设计及考核分层等方面进行改革与创新,体现了以学生为中心、因材施教的教学理念。分层次教学大大激发了学生学习英语兴趣,发挥了师资队伍的优势,从而提高了教学效果。

Abstract:Five-year vocational students are not very motivated in English learning.The“one size fits all”teaching model makes it difficult for teachers and students,so the reform of English teaching is urgent.Reconstruct teaching content based on skill competitions.After analyzing the students’learning situation and teaching,the reform and innovation are carried out from the aspects of teaching mode construction,students’stratification,teaching content and method stratification,teaching design and assessment stratification,which embodies the teaching concept of student-centered and individualized teaching.Hierarchical teaching greatly stimulates the students’interest in learning English,gives full play to the advantages of the teaching staff,so as to improve the teaching effect.
