| 摘 要： | 实证我国矿业权价值的评估水平不高,依循公平市场准则进行评估有不合理性,原因是矿业经营的长期性与公平市场假设不一致.本文提出按照投资收益趋同准则来评估矿业权价值,以产业竞争优势程度来估算投资收益率,并以铁矿石价格作为算例验证新方法的合理性,附加预测国际铁矿石短期价格将回归到52.25,109.0]美元/吨,较长期的合理价格为34.47,57.3]美元/吨.
