微变光信号检测前置放大电路设计

摘    要:针对火灾探测中遇到的微变光信号问题,设计了一个微变信号提取放大电路.根据光信号微弱且变化缓慢的特性,选择PIN光电探测器工作在光伏模式,通过设计合适的电路,使得输出电压信号与入射微变光信号成正比关系,实现了微变光信号的提取与放大.该电路简单易行,并采用完全对称结构,能很好地抑制共模信号,并通过PSPICE软件对该电路参数的选择进行仿真分析.研究表明,该电路能够很好地解决微变光信号处理问题.

Abstract:A pre-amplifier circuit has been proposed for detecting and amplifying the weak and micro-various optical signal in fire detecting system. In this circuit the photodiode works in photovoltaic mode. Symmetrical circuit has been selected and calculated so that the common mode signal could be well restrained, and the output signal is proportional to the input weak and micro-various optical signal. Analysis of the circuit has been performed based on PSPICE. The results show that the circuit is good in detecting weak and micro-various optical signal.
