论我国农业技术创新主体的错位及其矫正设想

农业技术创新主体应该是农业科技企业,但我国政府却是主体,农业技术创新主体存在错位。改变技术创新主体错位的局面必须从政府转变角色,培育农业科技企业,发展农业科技园与农业协作组织来着手,才能增强我国农业技术创新能力。

It should be agricultural science and technology enterprises that agricultural t ech nology achieves the new subject,but our government is the main body,agricultural technology achieves the new subject and exists and misplaces.Changing the situa tion that technology achieves the new subject and misplaces must change roles fr om the government,foster agricultural science and technology enterprises,develop the agricultural Scien-tech garden to cooperate with agriculture and organize t o set about,could strengthen the innovation ability of agricultural technology o f our country.
