唐山市主城区工业用地布局与空间结构分析

唐山市是我国重要的工业基地之一,改革开放以来,随着市场经济体制的逐步建立,形成了钢铁、陶瓷、水泥、电力、建材的5大支柱工业,唐山市工业空间结构呈现出路南、路北区以都市型工业为主,开平区以陶瓷生产为主,丰润城区以机械和新兴工业为主的现代制造业基地,古冶城区一般性综合工业区,丰南区以出口加工工业为主,重点发展唐丰路、205国道两条产业带的点、轴结合的空间布局.通过对唐山市主城区工业布局进行地理联系率和集中指数的计算,得出唐山市工业空间布局相对集中.唐山市工业布局具有集中与分散相结合、出现明显郊区化和点轴模式初步形成的特点.针对唐山市工业现状提出了工业布局调整构想,对建设科学合理的工业生产基地、制定相应的工业空间结构调整配套政策,保证工业健康发展有积极的作用.

The Analysis of Industrial Land Layout and Space Structure in the Downtown Areas of Tangshan

Tangshan is one of the important industrial centers in China.Sine the reform and opening up,Tangshan has constructed five mainstay industries of steel,pottery,cement,electric power and architectural material with the gradual establishment of market economic system.The primary industrial form in Lunan and Lubei regions is urban industry,in Kaiping is pottery,in Fengrun center is modern manufacturing based on mechanism and burgeoning industry,in Lunan is generic integrative industry and in Fengnan is export machining.In addition,development has been hocused on the conjoint industry area of Tangfeng Road and 205 National Road.It can be educed that the industrial space distribution is relatively concentrative according to the calculation of coefficient of geographic association and index of concentration city center.The combination of disperse and concentration,the suburban industrialization and the elementary formation of dot-axis mode are the characteristics of Tangshan.This paper puts forward an assumption of the industrial distribution of Tangshan which can promote in building rational industrial base and make the interrelated policies of industrial space structure to ensure the healthy industrial development.
