磨料浆体旋转射流破岩钻孔特性实验研究

摘    要:聚丙烯酰胺作浆体添加剂,由高压罐在高压管路中加入磨料形成磨料浆体,通过定点冲蚀岩石实验研究磨料浆体旋转射流的破岩钻孔特点。实验表明,磨料浆体旋转射流冲蚀岩石形成的破碎坑呈"V"形。与非旋射流相比,相同水力参数下磨料浆体旋转射流的钻孔直径增加1.2倍左右,破岩体积提高约4倍。添加剂聚丙烯酰胺的含量增加对提高射流的破岩钻孔深度有明显地促进作用。

Abstract:Rock drilling experiment was conducted with abrasive suspension swirling jet (ASSJ) under submergence mode. In the experiment, polyacrylamide was used as additive to condense jet fluid and abrasive particles were drawn into the fluid hydraulically from an abrasive container linked on the high-pressure fluid delivery pipeline. The results show that the bottom hole shape of rock drilling with the ASSJ under submergence mode looks like "V". The drilling-hole dioumeter of the ASSJ increases by 1.2 times and rock drilling volume increases by 4 times compared with non-swirling jet drilling of rock under identical conditions. It is also found that with higher polyacrylamide concentration in jet fluid, the ASSJ can significantly increase drilling depth.
