摘    要:介绍了一种新型的太阳能与生物质能互补的沼气发酵控制系统.针对温度变化对沼气发酵影响,进行了温度控制系统的主要硬件电路和软件程序设计.该系统以单片机为核心,使用太阳能与生物质能互补加热,自动控制温度.实验表明,系统稳定可靠,使用简单,能够满足户用沼气生产的要求.该系统利用了太阳能与生物质能互补的原理,降低了环境温度与太阳...

Abstract:This paper presents a new control system about producing methane with complementary use of solar energy and biomass energy.For the impact of temperature on methane fermentation,the circuit and program for temperature control system is designed.The micro-controller is used as the central control unit and complementary use of solar energy and biomass heating,automatic temperature control.Experiments show that the system is reliable and simple to use,the need of household production of biogas can be satisfied.Based on complementary use of solar energy and biomass energy,the ambient temperature and solar changes in different seasons on the adverse effects of biogas fermentation are reduced,biogas production achieved in the efficiency of solar energy and the complementary use of biomass,improved the stability and sustainability of the biogas reaction tank.
