花岗岩磨削磨粒破碎性能研究

摘    要:花岗岩是一种含硅酸量较多的酸性深层岩。目前国内的石材加工由于磨削工艺不尽合理,磨削质量不符要求,因而需依靠进口磨具。本实验通过不同磨料对不同花岗岩进行单颗粒磨削,探索其规律,为合理选择和使用磨具提供理论依据。

Abstract:Three abrasive materials, TL12, TS16 , and JR are used in the single grain grinding test on three kinds of granite such as diabaae, fengbaishi, gushanhong by means of flying-miling. It is shown that the three above-mentioned abrasive materials are all applicai for the grinding of the hard and brittle granite: TS for rough grinding, TL for intermediate grinding, and JR for fine grinding ; but the cost is great. The amount of abrasive material fur grinding can vary with the hardness of granite.
