摘    要:系统地研究了铁碳微电解法处理模拟染色废水时影响脱色效果的各因素。正交实验和单因素实验后获得的最佳操作条件为:反应时间60min,铁刨花和焦碳之比因染料而异,焦碳粒径为5-10mm,固液比1:10,曝气量4m^3/h,酸性大红和甲基橙的模拟废水在酸性条件下脱色效果较好,碱性紫模拟废水在碱性条件下脱色效果较好,而分散黄模拟废水的脱色效果与体系酸度关系不大。

Abstract:In this paper, all the possible factors, which have effect on decolor results of simulated dyeing water through Fe-C micro electrolysis method, are studied more symmetrically. The orthogonal experiment and single factor test show such optimum values of parameters as 60 min of reaction time, 5 - 10 mm of coke size, and 4 m3/h of adding air quantity. Among those factors, the rate of Fe and coke varies according to dye, and system acidity influences dyeing wastewater in different ways, i. e. acid condition is good for the color removal of Brilliant Acid and Scarlet 3R and Methyl orange wastewater but bad for that of Alkali violet 5BN wastewater, while that of Dispersed Yellow E -RGFL has little relation with pH.
