宫颈鳞癌组织中COX-2、P53蛋白的表达和意义

摘    要:探讨宫颈癌、原位癌及正常宫颈组织中COX-2和P53蛋白的表达及意义。采用免疫组化Envision法检测宫颈癌组织46例、原位癌24例、正常宫颈组织15例中COX-2和P53的表达水平。宫颈癌组织中的COX-2和P53表达明显高于原位癌和正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(x2=15.782,P〈0.01;x2=9.051,P〈0.05),COX-2和P53在宫颈鳞癌Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和宫颈鳞癌Ⅲ期中和宫颈癌高分化和中低分化间差异没有统计学意义(P〉0.05),COX-2和P53表达在有、无淋巴结转移间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。COX-2和P53的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展以及预后密切相关。

Abstract:To investigated the expression and significance of COX-2 and P53 proteins in cervical cancer,cancer in situ and normal cervical. Fourty-six case with cervical cancer,twenty-four case with cancer in situ and fifteen case with normal cervical were tested for expression of COX-2 and P53 proteins by Envision immunohistochemistry, The expression of COX-2 and P53 on cervical cancer was significantly higher than those of normal cervical and cancer in sire groups (X2 = 15.782,P 〈0. 01 ;X2 =9. 051 ,P 〈0.05). The expression of COX-2 and P53 were not significant difference of cervical cancer between stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ ,stage III and higher and moderate lower differentiation degree (P 〉 0.05 ) ,The expression of COX-2 and P53 were significant difference between cervical cancer lymphnode metasta- sis( P 〈0.05). Our finding showed that COX-2 and P53 positive expression were well related with the generation, development and prognosis of cervical cancer.
