| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening -up, the development of Shanxi's livelihood technology has changed its direction for three times, that is from serving the economic construction into serving the economic and ecological construction and then into serving the economic, ecologic and social construction, which externalizes the relationship between Shanxi's values selection and strategy selection and related environments. |
