摘    要:大容量受端系统的动态电压稳定性是影响电网安全稳定运行的一个重要因素,有必要对受端系统进行充分的动态电压支撑。定量评估动态电压支撑前后的系统各种经济损失是动态无功规划的关键。本文首先分析了多馈入受端系统受到大扰动后的状态转移过程,基于状态分离费用和状态转移费用的评估,提出了完整的动态无功规划优化模型,能够恰当描述受端系统内部故障和馈入通道故障引发的各种失稳情景。基于该模型进行了广东受端电网2008年和2010年的动态电压支撑优化计算,得到了兼具安全性和经济性的动态无功综合补偿方案。

Abstract:The dynamic voltage stability of large-scale receiving networks is an very important factor affecting the secure operation of power systems. It is necessary to plan sufficient dynamic voltage support for the receiving networks. The key of the dynamic var planning is the quantitative economic loss evaluating without-and-with dynamic voltage support. The state transition course after great disturbance of multi-infeed receiving networks is analysed firstly in this paper. Based on the evaluation of state dividing cost and transiting cost, the intact optimization model of dynamic var planning is presented, which is able to describe all kinds of voltage instability scenarios caused by receiving networks interior faults or infeed ones properly. The optimal dynamic voltage support planning of Guangdong receiving networks in 2008 and 2010 is given as instance based upon the proposed model, which shows the comprehensive compensation scheme is of great security and economical efficiency.
