| 摘 要： | 本研究利用观察电针刺激对大鼠吗啡依赖的影响。给大鼠连续注射递增量吗啡8d,建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型。停药后第2 d开始给于强度为2 mA,频率2-100 Hz混频刺激。放射免疫法测定血浆、脑组织内β-内啡肽含量。观察电针足三里(ST36)和三阴交(SP6)穴对吗啡依赖大鼠戒断症状的影响和血液、脑组织中β-内啡肽含量的变化。结果表明:电针刺激可明显抑制大鼠的戒断症状,4次电针组效果优于一次组(P<0.05)。且4次电针组下丘脑β-内啡肽含量高于模型组(P<0.05),效果优于一次电针组,说明针效有累加作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of electroacupuncture stimulation(EAS) on the rats' morphine dependence is studied.The experiment shows that electroacupuncture stimulation can alleviate addicted rats' morphine dependence and that the result of the 4XEAS group is much better than that of the 1XEAS group. |
