立铣加工切削力和振动的计算机仿真与实验

摘    要:在改进的非线性立铣加工铣削力数学模型和动力学方程基础上,采用变步长数值积分算法(四阶显式Runge-Kutta算法),建立动态铣削加工过程的计算机仿真模型.通过铣削加工动力学实验,对仿真模型输出的铣削力和铣削振动的时域特性预测精度进行验证,进一步对其频域特性进行分析.结果表明,该仿真模型作为高效低耗的研究平台,可较好地用于立铣加工铣削力与铣削振动的预估及其频域特性分析.

Abstract:On the basis of an improved nonlinear mathematic model of peripheral milling force and its dynamics equations,a computer simulation model of milling dynamics is developed by using variable step numerical integral algorithm based on an explicit fourth-order Runger-Kutta formula.Some experiments are conducted to verify the prediction accuracy of time characters of cutting force and vibration derived from the proposed model.Moreover,their frequency characters are analyzed.The results reveal that the model can be well used to predict cutting force and vibration of milling process and analyze their frequency characters.
