| 摘 要： | 研究CMS-100便携式快速气相色谱仪,分析其在气体分析时存在的问题。创建CMS-100气相色谱仪的外接热吹扫恒温50mL定量管准确进样系统,结合CMS-100气相色谱仪的预浓缩和快速热脱附技术、高灵敏度MAID的检测器系统,快速准确测定空气中的苯系物。该方法的CMS-100气相色谱仪微氩电离检测器（MAID）对电离电位低于11.7eV的有机化合物灵敏,检测限是6μg。当采样体积为50mL时,方法的最低检出浓度是0.006mg/m3。

| Abstract: | The shortcomings of CMS-100 gas chromatograph in gas analysis are studied.Creating an external heat blowing temperature control and accurate quantitative 50mL injection system in CMS100 gas chromatograph, combined with CMS--100 gas chromatograph pre--concentration and rapid thermal desorption technology, high sensitivity detector MAID system, it can detect the air in BTEX rapidly and accurately. The Micro Argon Ionization Detector （MAID） of CMS-100 gas chromatograph is sensitive to organic compounds having ionization potential of 11.7eV or lower,and the limit of detection is 6 p g. when the volume of sample is 50mL, its lowest consistence come out at 0.006mg/m3. |
