空调管路系统动态仿真及优化设计

摘    要:分体式空调室外机的振动和噪声大小和其配管位置有关,我们提出一种基于管路动态仿真及测试的管路设计方法,并由此开发一空调管路设计系统,系统由设计分析和实验测试两个子系统组成。首先利用设计分析系统,建立管路的三维模型,然后进行管路系统的固有频率、振动响应及振动应力仿真计算,以确定样机制作方案;再通过测试系统验证仿真结果,最终确定空调管路的设计方案。采用空调管路设计系统提高了企业的设计手段和设计方法,缩短了产品的开发周期。

Abstract:A correct pipe layout can directly reduce pipe-compressor system vibration and noise level in air conditioner design. With the intention of pipe optimal design, a simulation and test system is exploited to design air conditioner. The system is composed of design & simulation analysis and test two sub-system. The design & simulation analysis sub-system is developed based on I-deas softer platform. On the solid model, pipe system dynamics characteristics, such as nature frequencies, vibration response and vibration stress, can be calculated by I-deas simulation, and thus a optimal pipe layout can be obtained. Subsequently these calculated parameter will be given the verification of experiment by test sub-system, and finally an optimal pipe layout can be achived. The system has been applied to make pipe layout design in an air conditioner manufacturer company. As a result, product design period has been diminished and produce quality has been improved.
