| 摘 要： | 阐述了一种建筑在膨胀土地基上的墙体基础．它由钢筋混凝土梁(或结合类构造柱)、砖砌墙体及基础圈梁共同构成．它有效增加建筑物墙体的强度和刚度。提高建筑物对膨胀土地基变形的适应能力。避免膨胀土地基胀缩变形对建筑物造成的危害．该技术已获得国家实用新型专利．

| Abstract: | This paper describes a sort of wall-foundation on swelling soil groud.The foundation is make up of RC girder(or combine similarity construct columniation),brick wall body and foundation ring girder.It increases the strength and rigidity of building wall,improves the adaptive capacity of building wall to the ground deformation of swelling soil and avoids the dangers of buildings caused by the expand-shrink deformation of swelling soil ground.This technology has got the new and practical patent of country. |
