| 摘 要： | 作者在文章中，介绍了小波理论以及小波在处理信号的奇异值方面的优越性。提出了多尺度逼近小波变换在图像边缘检测中的方法。经计算机模拟，该方法效果令人满意。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the wavelet theory , its transforms and its superiority in processing the singularity characterization of signals. An algorithm of edge extraction is suggested by wavelet transform with a multiscale approach. Computer simulation proves the result of this approach rather satisfactory. |
