| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治和特别行政区高度自治是中国共产党根据马克思主义基本理论，结合我国国情创立的具有中国社会主义特色的两种自治模式。地方自治对推进政治民主、构建合理的中央与地方关系，解决民族问题和国家统一问题具有重大的理论和实践价值。

| Abstract: | Regional ethnic autonomy and high-degree autonomy of special administrative area are two autonomous patterns with Chinese socialist characteristic, and which were established by CPC according to the basic theory of Marxism and the state of our country. Regional autonomy has great theoretical and practical value in promoting political democracy, establishing proper relationship between central government and local government, solving problems of nationality and state unity. |
