摘    要:提出了一套通信局房动力环境集中监控的行之有效的实现方案。系统采用分散采集、集中变送的方式,对各类AI和DI量及智能设备进行监控。各监控级之间可通过DDN、PSTN、FR、ATM、ISDN、FDDI等多种方式传输,实现了高精度采集、高可维护性和灵活组网。该系统具有性价比高、可扩展性好、便于组网的特点,目前已取得了良好的应用,可推广使用。

Abstract:This paper introduces an effective implementation of centralized monitoring and controlling for power and environment system. In this system, the method of distributed collection and centralized disposure are used to get the analog and digital parameter and control some intelligent devices. It has a flexible network structure that supports data transmission through DDN?PSTN?FR. ATM. ISDN?FDDI etc. This paper gives a smart way for telecom and mobile operators to supervise the base stations or machine rooms remotely and controls the environment, mainly for power supply, image and environment conditions.
