聚苯乙烯—三氯化锑复合物催化剂的研究

摘    要:本文将无水三氯化锑与聚苯乙烯反应,合成了一种稳定的高分子载体Lewis酸催化剂。经红外光谱分析表明:PS—SbCl_3复合物在1650cm~(-1)处有一特征吸收峰,并在制备过程中小球变为淡青色。通过酸碱滴定法研究了该催化剂在酸化反应中酸转化率与反应时间、温度及催化剂使用次数的关系,并与PS—AlCl_3催化剂进行了比较,结果表明:对于丙酸的酯化反应,该催化剂的催化效果比PS—AlCl_3更好。并对高分子载体Lewis酸催化剂的催化机理进行了初步探索。

Abstract:Polystyrene-divinylbenzene(4.2%) copolymer beads react with anhydrous antimonous chloride in chloroform to form a stable complex which appears light green, complex formation was demonstrated by the green color of the polymers and the new band at 1650cm 'in the infrared spectrum. The comples showed good catalytic activity in organic reactions, such as esterifieation, ketal formation and acetalation, The catalyst can be repeatedly used without losing its activity and can be easy separated from the reaction mixture. The relationship between the yield of esterifieation and times of repeated use of catalyst, reaction time and reaction temperature were studied . The mechanism of catalysis was also discussed.
