| 摘 要： | 针对科研课题管理中存在的问题,建立了新型科研课题管理体系,以推动科研课题顺利开展.通过分析创新型制造企业内部科研管理现状,探讨建立"三位一体"企业科研课题管理模型,完善科研课题管理体系,打破部门壁垒,协调多方资源,开创科研课题管理新局面.

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the management of scientific research, which hinder progress of scientific research projects, so it is urgent to establish a management system of scientific research topics. This paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research management in innovation manufacturing enterprises, and discuss the establishment of trinity mold, consummates the management system of scientific research topics, breaks down department barriers, coordinates various resources, and promotes the continuous progress of scientific research projects. |
