摘    要:物流业与城市交通水平密切相关,在推进绿色"一带一路"建设中承担着重要角色.本文基于包含非期望产出的SBM模型、交通优势度集成模型和耦合协调度模型,探讨了"一带一路"国内26个节点城市在碳排放约束下物流效率与交通优势度的耦合度、协调度和相对发展度.结果表明:低碳约束下的物流效率总体呈现出"东高西低"的空间格局;城市物流效率与交通优势度总体耦合度较高,但协调程度普遍偏低,并存在较大的空间差异;东部港口城市多处于物流超前状态,中西部口岸城市多处于物流滞后状态.最后,针对存在的问题提出促进各节点城市物流与交通耦合协调发展的建议,推动绿色"一带一路"建设.

Abstract:The development of logistics industry is closely related to the level of urban traffic and plays an important role in promoting the construction of green "One Belt And One Road". Based on the SBM model containing unexpected outputs, the integration model of traffic dominance and the coupling coordination model, this paper discusses the coupling degree, coordination degree and relative development degree of logistics efficiency and traffic dominance in 26 domestic "One Belt And One Road" node cities under the constraint of carbon emission. The results show that the overall logistics efficiency under the constraint of low carbon presents the spatial pattern of "east is higher than west is lower"; The urban logistics efficiency and traffic dominance have high coupling degree but low coordination degree and great spatial difference. The eastern port cities are in the advanced state of logistics, and the western port cities are in the backward state of logistics. Finally, in view of the existing problems, Suggestions to promote the coupling and coordinated development of logistics and traffic in each node city are proposed to promote the construction of green "One Belt And One Road".
