工业X-射线图像的退化与恢复方法

摘    要:射线图像的退化是引起射线成像系统检测灵敏度降低的重要因素,通过对射线图像恢复,可改善图像质量,提高射线成像系统的检测灵敏度.本在分析了射线图像退化的因素和影响后,重点介绍了射线成像系统点扩展函数(PSF)和线扩展函数(LSF)的获取方法,并通过高能X射线图像恢复实例,说明了射线图像恢复的有效性.

Abstract:The degradation of radiography is one of the important factors, which results in degradation of inspecting sensitivity. By the restoration of radiography, the quality of radiographic image and inspecting sensitivity of radiographic system can be improved. After analyzed the effect and factors of degradation of radiography, the paper introduced the obtaining ways of point spread function and line spread function. The efficiency of restoration for a real high energy X ray radiographic image had being shown.
