| 摘 要： | 利用图像定量分析法对陶瓷流延异形件烧结变形规律进行分析。结果表明,流延坯体在流延方向和垂直于流延方向上出现两个明显不同的收缩率而导致异形件烧结变形,且内外孔轮廓从圆形变为椭圆形,但其相对中心位置保持不变。

| Abstract: | Quantitative image analysis is employed to study the rules of anisotropic shrinkage of ceramic tape casts.The results show that there exists distinct shrinkage in casting direction and transverse direction in the tape green,which leads to sintering deformation of the irregular sheet,whose outline shape changes from round to ellipse,but the relative center remains unchanged. |
