In this paper, the adsorption equilibrium relationshipe of bovine serum albumin and bovineblood hemoglobin on the NDG series chromatographic packing are studied in detail.The results showthat the adsorption equilibrium can be described by both Langmuir equation and Freundlich equationand the packing slze haslittle effect on the equilibrium adsorptive capacity,but the size of the hole di-ameter in the packing can notably influence the capacity of equilibrium adsorption. With the increaseof the size of the hole diameter in the packing,the equilibrium adsorptive capacity gradually increasesuntil reaching the maximum,then gradually drops. |
