南疆沙蜥有效成分和营养价值的初步研究

本文以南疆沙蜥（Phrynocephalus forsythii Anderson）作为实验材料，采用微量凯氏定氮法（Micro-KJeldahl）、索氏提取法）Soxhlet Extraction）、原子吸收法（Atomic absorption spectrometry）对其粗脂肪、粗蛋白质以及微量元素含量进行初步的测定和分析．结果表明，南骚沙蜥全体粗脂肪含量为28．25mg／g、粗蛋白含量为14．26mg／g，微量无素Cu、Zn、Ni、Co、Cr、例、Mn、sr、Pb及Fc铁含量分别为7．34μg／g、72．14μg／g、4．90μg／g、8．55μg／g、24．66μg／g、〈0．50μg／g、7．31μg／g、39．12μg／g、0．49／μg／g及557μg／g．因此，本研究为本地区民族医药开发以及药用蜥蜴的可持续利用进一步研究具有重点的理论和实际意义．

A Preliminary Study on Active Ingredients of Phrynocephalus Forsythii in Xinjiang

This paper deals withehe contents of crude fat, crude protein, and content of trace elements by using Phrynocephalus forsythii as experimental materials by micro--Kjeldahl method, Soxhlet extraction method, atomic absorption spectrometry, as well as a preliminary determination and analysis. The results show that the crude fat was 28. 25mg/g, crude protein content, 14.26mg/g, contents of trace elements Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Cr, Cd,Mn, Sr, Pb and Fe were 7,34μg/g, 72.14μg/g, 4.90μg/g, 8.55μg/g, 24. 6μg/g, 〉0. 50μg/g, 7.3μg/g, 39. 12μg/g, 0. 49μg/g and 557μg/g respectively. This medicinal reptile in XinJiang tobe further researched provides the basis for the development and utilization of this resource. Therefore, the research--based on pharmaceutical development in the region＇s lizards, as well as the sustainable use of medicinal further study is of great theoretical and practical significance.
