发展中国家农村职业教育反贫困的典型模式比较

摘    要:印度的农村教育“喀科运”对我们有一定的启发,其做法是加强农村职业教育基础设施建设、重视农村职业教育办学经费的投入、推广农村职业教育的创新成果、农村职教发展和扶贫政策同步;以墨西哥为代表的南美模式是制订法律、依法保护农村职业教育的合法权益,宣讲农村的既得权益作为反贫困的重点,协调发展、惠农政策效果明显。职业教育立法和教育经费是农村职业教育的保障手段。

Abstract:The Indian KSSP of agricultural education gives us some enlightenment, which strengthens the building of infrastructure of rural vocational education, pays great attention to the funding for rural vocational education, spreads the innovational achievements of rural vocational education and implements the synchronization of rural vocational education development of poverty relief. The South American model typical of Mexico is to make laws and protect the legal rights of rural vocational education, to popularize the rural available rights of countryside as the key point of anti - poverty and to balance development so that the policy favorable for the countryside is obvious. The legalization of vocational education and educational funding are the guaranteeing methods for the rural vocational education.
