摘    要:基于偏最小二乘回归算法,研究了基于近红外漫反射光谱的煤质灰分快速检测方法,建立了煤质灰分与近红外漫反射光谱之间的数学回归模型,同时探讨了平滑滤波、多元散射校正、求导等不同的光谱预处理方法对模型预测效果的影响,针对精煤的灰分,采用实际煤炭样本开展了实验研究,取得了较好的效果,该方法达到了一定的分析精度并且模型较为稳定,有着很好的应用前景.

Abstract:This paper studied a rapid coal ash determination method based on the near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectral analysis by build mathematical regression model between the near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectra of coal samples and the ash.The determination is based on the partial least squares regre ssion(PLS)algorithm,while different spectral pre-processing methods including smoothing,Multiplicative Scatter Correction(MSC) and derivation were applied to improve the prediction ability of the mathematical model.The ash level of real coal samples was experimental estimated,which indicated that the determination results were very well.The method can get high precision and stability which leads to a good potential application in industries.
