病毒传播模型的瞬态仿真研究

摘    要:对复杂网络的拓扑结构厦病毒传播的动力学模型进行了研究,发现了复杂网络的拓扑结构与病毒传播模型之间的联系。对痛毒传播的动力学模型的分析与仿真,其目的是研究复杂网络中病毒传播的瞬态特性。实验表明。复杂网络的瞬态特性取决于网络自身的拓扑结构,在不同的初始感染比例条件下,病毒的传播均以指数增长,最终达到稳态,且达到稳态时感染密度、所用时间与初始感染比例均呈线性关系,这些结果为制定有效的抑制病毒传播的策略提供了有利的参考。

Transient Simulation Research on Virus Spreading Models

Abstract:There are a large number of complex systems in nature which can be described by networks. We study the topological structure of the complex networks and the virus spreading model, and find the relation between the topology characteristics of the complex networks and the virus spreading models. The purpose of analyzing and simulating of the dynamical models of virus spreading is to study the transient characteristics of virus spreading in complex networks. The simulation shows that the transient characteristics of complex networks depend on the topological structures of their own. The prevalence of viruses increases exponentially under different initial infection ratios and reach a stable state finally, under which the infection densities and time have linear relations with initial infection ratios. The results can provide useful insights for the development of effective strategies aimed at epidemic containment.
