| 摘 要： | 目前我国大多高校档案信息数字化工作进程缓慢,对档案信息数字化的重要性认识浅显和现高校档案利用人次少,是造成该问题的主要原因,而关键是第二点。形成现高校档案利用人次少与档案部门对库存档案宣传不足有关,加快档案信息数字化,达到档案信息的可在网上查阅,可解决该问题。国家要求高校档案信息数字化,大多高校已基本具备其物质条件,问题是现高校档案人员努力不够。

| Abstract: | The ineffectiveness of digitizing archives work is a general problem in Chinese universities.There are three reasons causing this problem,which are the low usage of archives,the lack of attention to digitizing archives and insufficient capabilities of working staff.To solve this problem,archive office should pay more attention to publicity and make archives available online.The government requires universities to achieve archives digitalization.Most universities already have enough material support to meet this requirement,but the ineffectiveness of working staff is the main problem. |
