| 摘 要： | 从监控软件、控制系统结构以及与PLC的通信等几个方面,系统而全面地阐述了基于WINCC的炭黑装置监控系统。运行结果表明,系统操作方便、控制灵活、质量可靠、功能强大,可实时准确地调节操作参数,从而提高工作效率和产品质量。

| Abstract: | Starting from monitoring software,control system structure and PLC communication,the system presented in this paper illustrates a monitoring and controlling system for carbon black sets.It is approved that the system features with simple operation,flexible control,high reliability and various functionality,can adjust the operation parameter accurately and improve operation efficiency and product quality. |
