The Relation between the Sensitivity and HeatingVoltage of ZnSnO 3 Gas Sensor

The characteristics of ZnSnO 3 gas sensor have been tested and measured,it is shown that element's sensitivity varies as heating voltage.When heating voltage is lower than a specific value V H0 ,the sensitivity does not change.When heating voltage is higher than 3 V H0 the sensitivity of ZnSnO 3 gas sensor reduces and the element loses effectiveness.By the means of XRD,SEM analysis,the reason for the reduction of sensitivity has been explained.
