基于老年人生活形态的橱柜适老化设计策略

 根据生理、心理和行为特征差异，老年人的生活形态可划分为具备完全自理能力、一定自理能力和丧失自理能力三种。相比于开放式布局，L型和U型操作动线的橱柜布局更符合老年人的安全需求，亦符合三种生活形态特征老年人的烹饪作业习惯，是适老化橱柜设计常用布局。设计时，橱柜空间尺度应按照使用人肢体尺寸和操作习惯设定灵活多变的范围。同时，基于老年人触觉感知反馈灵敏度下降的情况，设计时应选择传统机械按键，使用软性硅胶或木质等温润材质的烹饪用具；橱柜光源及色彩应以适应老年人视觉感知能力的柔和暖色调为主；可以增加扶手，配以调味计量和食物质量检查等智能化辅助功能。

Principles in Designing Elder-Friendly Kitchen Cabinets

 Principles for design of kitchen cabinets considering the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly are put forward in this paper.Compared with the open kitchen layout,L shaped and U shaped cabinet layouts better meet the elderly users needs of safety and their habit of cooking process,and therefore become the common layouts of kitchen cabinet.Remember to allow space for the cabinet for flexible movements according to the users body size and processing habit.At the same time,taking into account of the tactile sensory deterioration of the elderly users,traditional mechanical buttons and cooking utensils of soft silicone or wood or other warm materials are preferred,and soft warm light source and soft warm colors used to please the visual perception of elderly users.Handrails and smart gadgets for spice measuring or food inspecting can also be included to add to convenience and pleasure in their use of the cabinet.
